It arrived with a sticker covering the ingredient list. After peeling it off, I discovered that this product Considering the current ingredient photo (as of 12/2/2020) just states Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Gluten, and Sesame, how terribly misleading to all the consumers who bought this product under the assumption it didn't contain any of the more common allergens.
Allergic reactions may have been caused by the product's ingredients not being listed in the product description. I looked at the ingredients list once the product arrived as it wasn't expensive, but I was not pleased to see the name of the materials covering the list. My boys are allergic to nuts so this product is of no use to me since it may contain peanuts or tree nuts. Once I removed it, I discovered it may contain peanut and tree nut traces. Please provide a description of your products in the future that includes every allergen. That I am not able to make the caramel pretzel cookies for my boys is not good.
Purchasing Hershey or Bakers Corner sea salt caramel chips is a good choice. The only problem is that they're hard to find. I baked cookies with them after they were baked on 10/6/20. They came out well. In spite of this, I would not purchase the item again due to its price.
