Just right! I used to make the Cajun and the original at 50/50, but I liked the flavor so much better when only the Cajun was used.

The gator bites it contained were what I bought in order to fry them. It has a mild heat to it. There is a bit of heat spice in the sauce, Although I don't enjoy strong heat, this is just enough to linger on your taste buds to notice. You can always add cayenne pepper if you prefer As well as chicken, I made it with great results. There is nothing better than this sauce if you love to fry or air fry food with a little spice in the coating. Keeping it as a staple will be fine with me. Also, it came at an incredible price and was delivered to my home. In addition, I used it with a cajun marinade on my gator bites, and between the marinade and this coating, the gator bites turned out a little too spicy for me. However, friends who love a great cajun taste are sure to enjoy this. As I discovered when reading the recipe for buttermilk marinated chicken, the coating has enough spice by itself.
This is really good because you can have it really thin or you can make a great tempura beer batter.
I love it for any type of fish. Just the right amount of spice.
