My experience with this product goes back years. I used to be able to get it at my local supermarket when I lived in New England. I am delighted to find it on Amazon now. New England girl may not know how she ended up in frozen fish land in the South, but these crumbs make frozen cod and flounder taste just like they do back It was a pleasure to carry.

The flour to breading ratio is very good for both chicken and fish

Breading adds flavor to the fish and keeps it moist. It does not coat the fish too thickly. It tastes like lemon dill. It is one I use on the fillets of my fish. This is fantastic!.

My mom sent me a package from her. Breading that we love to use on fish fried in butter. When she had to move into an assisted living facility, we were finally able to talk her out of her stash. It is out of stock now, but I have been searching in anticipation of that for the past couple of years. It is recommended to order enough for freezing and keeping.
