I've just checked and it doesn't appear to contain gluten. IMHO, since it is made in such a way as not to be gluten free, it cannot be certified gluten free
There's no spice to it at all, in my opinion. I really enjoy the taste and there is a great flavor to it. The only type of fish fry I use is this one. My recommendation is only for these types of products.
