It has never occurred to me to air fry anything / My parents gave me one for Christmas but I have yet to use it. Drake's is usually used on fish, okra, squash, and so on.
it is just a coating, so whatever sauce you use will blend with the Drakes and all in all, I think it will be great. It is my go-to spice blend for serving fish, chicken, potatoes, etc. The Drakes is an excellent blend of spices, and its thin coating adds flavor. The stuff is wonderful and I think you will also enjoy it. It's time to take the plunge.
