This flour is one of my favorites, and I've been buying it for years. The only concern I have is the current price. I used to pay $5 for it when I first started buying it. 99 for a bag, but it has now doubled in price, and I know from my friends who live in the areas where it is sold that the price has not changed, but I will continue to pay the price because it is so good.

While the price isn't ideal, the flavor and quality of the flour are outstanding. It's incredible; I used it to fry my ribs, and they turned out to be extremely tender and flavorful.
