A product with an extremely long shelf life. I've used this product for years now and I am very pleased with it. Despite my love for old-fashioned wheat pancakes, I can't eat them because my stomach hates them. I love Pamela's pancake mix so much that I rarely find one I like as much as I do Pamela's. My son or daughter has to eat it before I can test This pancake recipe is their favorite and they prefer it over wheat pancakes. I find that it is much cheaper to purchase it in a large package from Amazon rather than buying it at the local grocer.
