The ingredient list does not include inulin.
I use it on a regular basis, and I also use Avocado oil on occasion. Do not use a sunflower or grade seed oil. The oil will continue to leach out of the loaf after it has been baked. I've also found that using coffee filters in the bottom and top of the loaf to absorb condensation in the container is beneficial. Keeps the lungs from becoming soft and moist.
I decide to purchase the Pancake It's a bread bag with a lot of recipes on the back. I use this product in a variety of other recipes, such as cookies and quick breads, and simply omit the salt, baking soda, and baking powder because the product already contains them. It's all good.

I just opened a sealed bag that had no holes in it and discovered bugs and webs inside! I opened my third bag, which was still sealed, and found bugs inside! This is 8 pounds of expensive flour, and I'm out because the Amazon return window has passed. The flour isn't due to expire until next year!.
We'd been using this brand without issue for years, so when we discovered moths in the first bag, we assumed they'd come from somewhere else in the pantry. Everything was washed and thrown away. Then we noticed some in the second bag and assumed we hadn't gotten all of the moths the first time; however, when we opened the third bag and found it to be full of moths, we realized the infestation was due to this shipment! So not only do we have to replace the costly mix, but we also have to deal with the pantry moth infestation it caused. I'd like to get my money back!.
This rice flour product was not reviewed by me, and I would not recommend it. Almond flour, cassava flour, and pecan flour were used to make the product I tested. This rice flour product is not something I would eat. br>br>- br>br>Delicious, fragrant, wholesome, filling, tasty, and grain-free, these are a must try. free. I'm currently on my third box, and they're delicious. I like to prepare meals ahead of time for quick and easy meals. I made a quadruple batch and divided it into individual freezer bags. There's a lot of protein here, but none of it comes from sugar. Carbohydrate crash after a meal - So delicious and filling for breakfast; I recommend using the 'cakier recipe' modification (bottom of box) for fluffier pancakes. We like to add a couple of organic blueberries and/or strawberries to the mix. Oh, my goodness, I think I'll take one from the freezer right now.
I've been using Pamela's Baking Mix for years, but the most recent shipment had worms or larvae crawling all over all three of my expensive bags! Yuck.
I bought a lot of them at once - a total of three 4 lb. bags. They do, however, have a 7-month expiration date. We don't eat nearly enough pancakes or baked goods to finish everything by February. 2020 It is mine to keep. I'll wrap it in plastic wrap again and store it in my non-frost-free freezer, hoping it will keep for a long time. I'll put the opened bag in the refrigerator. I'm not going to order in bulk again, and I'm canceling my subscription to this product. This would have received 5 stars if the expiration date had been extended by a year. UPDATED 6. I like the product. br>br> 19: When I opened the bag, it smelled old. Amazon compensated me for my purchase. I won't be purchasing this in bulk in the future.
When you see this, I know what some of you are thinking. "It's way out of my budget. " "It's strange food," or something along those lines. Okay, it's a little pricey, but wheat flour is inexpensive, whereas nuts aren't. This is a tasty way to avoid both wheat and CARBS if you can't eat wheat or don't want the CARBS. Is it a 'Weird' thing to say? The pancakes made with this mix are light and VERY TASTY, but only if you think a great taste is strange. Only a teaspoon of Maple syrup is required to enjoy a short stack of these delicious pancakes. It's great that my wife and I found out about this.
gluten-free ingredients grain-free pancake batter is provided for free. Each time, I make a single serving with 1/4 cup pancake mix and just enough water to achieve a smooth (but not too watery) consistency. Because I have two over-ripe bananas, I don't add the egg or oil as directed on the box. a simple farm- eggs (fresh from the farm - really! ) and cook it in avocado oil, so I don't think either is necessary, and it makes it even easier to prepare. I replace the syrup with runny egg yolks and half an avocado chopped. De- lish! br>The only complaint I have is that the inner plastic liner was pierced and the pancake mix was all over the inside of the box when I first opened it. Aside from that, I think it's a winner!.
As a gluten-free baker for the past 15 years, I've learned that combining a nut flour with two different types of starches isn't necessary, and it's even counterproductive. We all got stomach aches from it, and it didn't cook through (due to too much tapioca starch in the recipe). RETURN TO THE OLD RECIPE.
