As of March 2019, nutrition information is available in the product images. Regrettably, I did not inspect it prior to purchase. Their choice of palm oil places these adorable little cups at 23% of the 23 of the 23 of the 23 of the 23 of the 23 of the 23 of the 23 of the 23 of Kodiak's other baking mixes, which we love, are sat- fat daily, which our family can't have; Kodiak's other baking mixes, which we love, are sat- fat daily, which our family can't have; and Kodiak's other fat free. Bummer.
Each cup contains one "muffin." They weren't designed to be served on a platter. You take a sip from the cup and eat it.
Canola or vegetable oil is a good choice. In baking, you should never use olive oil. These muffins will have a bad taste from the avocado oil.
Each box contains 12 regular-sized muffins.

The last six box order, on the other hand, had a problem. The muffins did not rise properly and had a different flavor. I initially assumed I had done something wrong during the mixing process, but three of the six boxes have yielded the same disappointing results. Despite the fact that I haven't baked the other three boxes yet, I have to assume that all six are defective. I'm not sure if I'll buy it from Amazon again. Instead, I'll go to a nearby store and look for the mix.
Muffins are fantastic! Muffins, breads, pancakes, and almost anything else you can think of are all good candidates. The Kodiak blueberry muffin mix is nutritious while remaining delicious. In contrast to food that tastes like preservatives, food stabilizers, and artificial flavor, this is food that actually tastes like food. My only warning is that once you've tried these, you'll never look at a continental breakfast buffet with anything but a wistful sigh and a memory of what muffins should taste like again.
microwaveable ones that have been packaged.
I purchased the 6-pack because it was a great deal compared to store prices, but after the first two boxes, we became bored with the flavor. I believe they were a little stale at the time; As a result of the low price, I recently purchased a box from the store, and they were much better. So - If it appears too good to be true, I may not finish the other four boxes I purchased online.
I bought these at Target and used them to make pancakes. I've never had better pancakes. They had vanished by the time I returned a month later. FINITO. NO MORE. In a panic, I looked on the internet for them and found them here, which I grabbed with my chubby, greedy little fists. Mmmmm. There will be no further conversation.
This is an excellent offer. This is a great muffin mix that can be made even better with a little help. I make it with an extra egg, mashed banana, seed mixture, good dried fruit, and good coconut oil. Not only does it have a fantastic flavor, but it also has a fantastic nutritional value. It's good enough to eat for dessert, and because I only cook for one, the 12 muffins it makes will last me all week.
It's possible that because this mix is "good for you," it contains less sugar and other unhealthy ingredients, but the muffins I made were dense and flavorless. It could be my fault because I'm not the best baker in the world.
Powder was all over the place. There are no refunds, as I've discovered. We won't be able to use this. It's pointless.
