We've found the best mustard we've tasted outside of France, and that's Dijon. There is a perfect balance between sweet, acidic, and spicy flavors. There is simply nothing else like it. I am not telling you, let people keep eating yellow bread, fake American Dijon, and that gritty sandpaper stone ground food.
We love this mustard. I'm not giving it a 3 star rating due to the mustard, since the bottle we received had an expiration date of less than a month from when we received it. Old inventory needs to be depleted by the seller. Our previously received bottles from other sellers had an expiration date at least one year in the past.
The mustards I buy from Nance's come highly recommended by my daughter in law. I prefer them over anything I can buy at my local grocer.
I was looking for a kick, but it doesn't have that. Despite its name, it doesn't feel hot at all. I don't really mind sandwiches, but otherwise nothing. TO GO WITH EGG ROLLS & HAM & CO. I HAD TO HAVE A HOT MUSTARD THE FOOD OF CHINESE NATIONS.
I threw it away, that was how bad it was.
The flavor of Guldens is more spicy. Reviews suggested this one was hotter than Coleman's, which was what I was looking for at the time. It was disappointing to me on that point.

When served with Stone Crab, the mustard should be mixed with either 1 or 2 parts honey and ham.
