The attached image illustrates how large a ten-ounce bottle of Grey Poupon is. The bottle is a little taller than a pen, about as wide as a can of soda, and is likely to be larger than what you'll require for a single serving. I am not really concerned about the best before date on Kraft mustard, since it is so convenient to have. It was about six months old There is no doubt it will last me another year or until my significant other looks at the time.
For the past few years, I have been using Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard as a staple in my kitchen. It's always good to have a backup bottle in the pantry and one in the refrigerator. It has a wonderful hearty mustard flavor that has been consistent over time. With the squeeze bottle, it is easy to drizzle sauce on sandwiches, hamburgers, and hot dogs and sausage I have found the hole in the top just right for dispensing this thick mustard. If it were smaller, the mustard might get caught in the hole. Some people complain the hole is too big, but I think it is just adequate. When I have a recipe that calls for Dijon Mustard (such as a Dijon Chicken recipe), I typically purchase a glass jar of Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard and spoon the mustard out for measurement. I, however, do not prefer to use the jar of mustard for sandwiches or similar food, as a single knife used to make a sandwich can lead to the contamination of the mustard with the mayo. (We agree, but that is the sandwich fixer's problem, not the mustard's.
My friend suggested I buy this mustard because it was featured in some funny commercials and multiple rappers have rapped about it (apparently, "Grey Poupon" rhymes with a lot of things).
