Questions & Answers
The flavor isn't so much spicy as it is just extremely intense. It is the type of mustard that one can find commonly
There is nothing I can do about that. This mustard is the best I've ever had -- and that includes mustard from Paris and Brussels, and even mustard from Those are just items you can get at the grocery store. did not see the question before I volunteered. You need to check if it is gluten-free This is a fantastic find for you since it's free.
It stayed in my possession long afterward, and it was a good thing. On the container, there is an expiration date, which I say to ignore for now.

My wife was just back from France with a bottle of Amora Authentique and one of Delicat. Amazon's Authentique bottle is yellow whereas the France's Authentique bottle is clear (the Dolce bottle from France is the same yellow as the Amazon's Authentique bottle). There is also an off-taste in the food. I would compare it to a blend of Authentique and Delicat with a bit of mayo added for creaminess. Rudy Kirniawan of mustard mixing up his own concoction in empty Amora bottles would be unbelievable to me. Sadly, this mustard is not the same and it is not worth the premium for this amazing 2 euro mustard.
My first experience with this mustard was in the starry Michelin restaurant in Maastricht (the city where the euro was born). It was long ago, but I remember asking for a little side of mustard (I don't remember what I was eating at the time). It was served in a dish (not in a plastic bottle, I assure you) and I thought it was so sweet, so clean, and delicious that I had to have it. Having told me it was the most common mustard in the supermarkets of Belgium, the maitre was not even remotely embarrassed. I attempted to buy it in a fancy shop in Brussels, but the shopkeeper sneered at me (there are no supermarkets in the historic neighborhood). I have yet to meet an amora that is complex or overpowering, nor deep nor jovial. If you'd like a touch of mustard, we recommend perking it up with some sharpness. I'm talking about the real thing here, Touton is just pretending to be it, and French is the same.
The same is true as others have pointed out. When Grey Poupon grows up, this is exactly what it wants to be. This mustard is so flavorful that I and my wife were both blown away by its intensity. All of the time, I find myself using it. We will be purchasing at least six bottles when we next make a purchase.
It makes me happy to be a foodie A friend of mine returned from France raving about this mustard. She brought six bottles home! It made me wonder if it was all the fuss. My god, what a day! I had never tasted anything like this before, because it's spicy and delicious. The taste is wonderful (I love Dijon and stone ground too!!)! I really enjoy this zingy taste. It makes a great addition to a salad dressing.
As a result of this mustard, my life changed. Nothing like it has ever happened to me before. The mere thought of it causes me to salivate. The mustard was so creamy and rich that I had never had it before. Even though I have to use mayo(aioli) on sandwiches, this one is so tangy and balanced with a great mouth feel that I don't require any.
The mustard is tasty on sandwiches, hot dogs, as well as sausages.
I know this isn't the same as before. It's still the best mustard, but those who have already had it, be careful. It has been changed both in recipe and In spite of that, the IPC code is identical. A stronger version of this recipe is now available. This is a much better version than the old one, and I am glad they did that. This is still a wonderful product, but it may be a bit too strong for some people.
