The absence of any indication of lime on the label suggests that it is not, as I don't see any lime mention on the label. In my opinion, these three things should be considered Ask the manufacturers (1) (1) choose a brand that clearly indicates whether it has been nixtamalized or whether lime has been added (1) Consider your eating habits, if you do not eat hominy regularly.
It appears there are three items on the label. There are 5 servings in each can, and each serving has 450mg of sodium.

Despite the poor quality of the hominy, it tasted delicious. Posole recipe calls for the use of this ingredient. I thought it was expensive per can, but the convenience won out over the In one day, I received the order at my front door.
The product is excellent, but this manufacturer will not be purchased.
My favorite Goya product is the eyeglasses. My race is white and I am from the southern United States. My experience as a combat veteran has taken me to many countries where I have eaten many different kinds of food. It is the only restaurant in the United States that serves authentic Mexican cuisine.
It was a horrible sight to see cans dented so badly. The sale of this property was inappropriate.
