Would you please confirm that the nutrition label is accurate? The picture shows 3 servings at 10 calories. ?

Half of the can has 35 calories 2 servings are in the can. This is the entire can, 85 calories.

Can these cans be relied upon to be BPA-free?

I believe so, as far as I know. There is, however, a lot of meal in them. This isn't nearly as good as it could be. It's much better to use the 365 brand. The packaging is also free of BPA, as far as I know.

When does the expiration date expire?

The year 2023 will be 02

Can these containers be opened by pulling the lid off?

The texture of the full stalk is different

The price of the stalks led me to believe they would just be slices of the long stalks I'm used to eating for breakfast. That was not the case. One reviewer said they were like water chestnuts. Their full heart of palm stalks have a mixed texture and separate into two parts when cut - An outer ring that is somewhat fibrous and softer at the center. Discs of this product were solid and grainy in texture. Perhaps these are from the base of larger palms where there is a higher level of fibrous tissue? The taste is similar to that of heart of palm, but if you're looking for the silky texture of full stalks, this is not the one for you. You can get away with this product if you don't.

I found the taste to be average and the food was not particularly I would not call it the best pizza You will be able to taste a huge difference between Costco and Whole Foods brands

In addition, the theme does not have the feeling of freshness. Having sat in a warehouse for five years, it looks more like it has been out of service.

The addition of these to many different recipes makes them a great choice. Its subtle flavor does not take over, but it adds a bit of fiber, protein, and smooth texture to the dish. In addition to slow cooker meals, I use these in many other recipes as well.

I just wish the texture and size of the slices were more consistent. I had hoped for a crisper texture, but it was not as crisp as I had hoped.

I took the wrong turn. Before I noticed they were sliced, I thought they were whole. Palm hearts in their entire form are more pleasing to me.

This consists of small discs of tea, rather than long white stems we have previously purchased. The flavor is quite acceptable, but we will not be buying these.
