With a hint of citrus fruit, this delicious concoction has a lite flavor of oil and vinegar juice and other ingredients. A good amount of fiber is in this jar, I eat half of it a day as my morning breakfast. It has a safety seal (see the picture) so you can tell if you have already opened it. It's a lot better than the Kirkland brand, which didn't have a safety seal and oftentimes had oil spilled all over it, making me ill. I only use this brand now. I was surprised to find that this Cento model did indeed have a safety seal against contamination. All 12 jars were intact upon release.
I don't think these are as heavily spiced as other brands I've tried, but they're still decent. It is not a tough season. Comparatively, it is a very good price. Artichokes hearts marinated in this exquisite sauce are to die for. My local market has had difficulty locating them, so I am going to use them in pasta salads that have liquid as a Delicious straight from the jar as well.
Some of the bottles were damaged when they arrived, such as cracked caps and broken seals. I can't find a.
