The product was advertised as a 12-pack In trying to retrieve this image, I went back to the product page and found it no longer exists). January 9, 2020 was my order date for two of the twelve packs. In the end, I was only given two single, beat up boxes. would like to request a refund, or replacement boxes of rice, for the remaining 22 boxes.
It was a rip-off for me. In a $9 there are 9 boxes. It was unclear what was ordered in 98. This was the only box I received. The rice has nothing to do with this.
I highly recommend this recipe because it is inexpensive, has great flavor, and is even better with lots of vegetables. If you add vegetables, the dish becomes a bit healthier, and the flavor is superb. Although the dish might seem salty, it is balanced out by the vegetables, which give you the right amount of nutrition. The reason I say this is that it is a perfect base for a I would recommend adding a couple cups of veg if you are really hungry. It is great to make it as a side dish, or to add additional vegetables and meat and to make it as an entrée. It intends to remain affordable for as long as it remains accessible, and I will buy it again.

Our family enjoys this brand of Spanish rice, which is hard to find once you get out of the city. There was only drained, browned hamburger and a can of tomatoes on the table.
Being Spanish and Puerto Rican, I find this rice ridiculous. You can get away with buying this cheap side if you want a quick and cheap side, but if you already have rice on hand, you could make better tasting rice with vegetables for the same dollar.
I didn't like this rice as much as restaurant Spanish rice. It had a terrible taste.
