12 escargots, baked in an escargot baking dish In it, there are bowls Simmer the snails in butter, olive oil, garlic, shallots, and salt for 30 minutes on the stovetop, then fill each small bowl with one escargot (I like to cut each one in half first) and the simmering sauce. mixture, place a small circle of puff pastry on top of each bowl, bake in the oven until the pastry appears to be done, light two candles, pour two glasses of red wine, and turn on some late-night cool jazz music - and savor the flavors of the Lost World.
I'm in love with these burgundy shoes! Today, I had a total of two dozen! With each meal, I have 1 dozen with half cup turtle beans, as well as a glass of Italian wine and a glass of beer. Filling, delicious meal with plenty of protein and minerals! The only problem is that there are only five of them. They claim 8 dozen, but it's only 5 dozen. Bummer !.
I'm a foodie, so when I see snails on the menu, I always order them. During lockdown, I was ecstatic to discover these. So, I'm sorry to say this, but these have only one flavor: dirt, and no matter what I do to them, it's always the same: intense dirt with a hint of grit. Size isn't a big deal to me; they're smaller than I'm used to and not particularly large. I threw away half of them.
I had been craving Escargot for over a year since I left Paris and these were able to satisfy my craving. I had planned on eating them in two sessions but only made it to one lol I used butter and parsley and cooked them on the stovetop instead of in the oven for anyone without an oven.
" While these are delicious, the label is a little misleading because it says "very large," but they aren't. They're a great deal for the price, and because they're in small cans, it's easier to keep them from spoiling, but I prefer the "collosal" or really large wild ones available from other Burgundy-based companies.
The snails had an excellent flavor and texture. This is a brand that I will continue to purchase.
This was incredible! A great value for the amount of food, great flavor, and quick delivery. This is the way to go for anyone who enjoys snails.
We weren't expecting anything special, just enough to satisfy our hunger. These, on the other hand, were just as good as any escargot we've ever had in a restaurant! What a treat it was to have some Tarragon, garlic, butter, and a fresh baguette. We're going to order more of these!.
