What kind of escargots are these? Is it a helix pomatia? Is it a helix aspersa, or a helix aspera lucorum helix helix lucorum helix lucorum he a different thing?

Please accept my apologies for not being able to respond. I've looked through the cans and their website but haven't been able to figure out what species they're talking about. All I know is that they're a delicious appetizer to have on hand.

They are packaged by Roland foods in New York, NY, but they are an Indonesian product.

I placed an order for six cans. Five of them have dings. I'm not sure how I'm going to get my job back. ?

Some of mine had dents as well, but they were still functional.

I've tried a few different brands and this one is by far the best. I will continue to buy these because they are larger than other brands. There was no disappointment.

It's really good! I sautéed these in butter and served them in a large salad, and they were fantastic!

It was delicious and tender, but I had an allergic reaction to it

Despite the fact that I've eaten escargot dozens of times and consume seafood on a weekly basis, I developed an allergic reaction, was unable to breathe through my nose, and my eyes were red, watery, and swollen for two days. I looked up snail allergy on the internet and discovered that it is fairly common, but as I previously stated, it has never occurred to me.

It's far superior to a restaurant meal

It's practical. These were absolutely fantastic. They're quite substantial. We served them with french bread after cooking them in white wine butter and garlic. I'll be ordering from you again, and again, and again.
