This bundle contains four cans; I prepared one today and ate every snail while sopping up the butter and herbs with crusty bread. Soft, delightful chew with just the right amount of springiness. br>br>I made these in a 6" oven-safe bowl, and they're simple but flavorful: br>br>1 can escargot (the can says 12 but there were 18 in this can)br>1/2 stick butterbr>1/4 cup olive oilbr>Parsley and cilantro - lots of eachbr>4 garlic cloves, smashed and dicedbr>Whole peppercorns, coarsely groundbr>Salt to tastebr>br>I baked at 400 degrees for 20/25 minutes, until the butter was browned and bubbly. br>br>And the best part is that I still have three more cans! br>br>Note: If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "creative Two of the cans had minor denting, but nothing to worry about. They're arranged in the shape of a Pringles can. br>br>Buy these; if you need shells, there are plenty of options; however, these are large snails, and cramming them into shells may result in the vibrant ingredients losing their infused flavor. br>br>I hope this information is useful. It's possible that this is one of Amazon's Best Buys!.
These snails aren't from France, but they're delicious nonetheless. They're big and tender, and they're great for escargot. For special occasion dinners, we make escargot, and the Roland snails never let us down. Additionally, they are reasonably priced.
Forget about the fact that they're snails; they're delicious!.
It's always nice to treat myself and my other half to a steaming plate of escargot. With a can of escargot, garlic cloves, a stick of butter, fresh parsley, and shallots, we're ready to enjoy an enjoyable meal with a nice salad. Always serve with a side of French baguette for dipping.
These are quite large, which I wasn't expecting given that the previous cans I had purchased had twice the amount but were much smaller. Not that I'm complaining.
This is one of our favorite pantry staples. It's always a unique experience.
I made some the day before yesterday. A 40-minute simmer in a good bouillon, followed by a 2-hour soak in plenty of butter and garlic, then a 5-minute broil. It's delicious!.
I LIKE THE FRESHNESS OF THE ESCARGOTS; THEY WERE SMALLER THAN WHAT I HAD ORDERED BEFORE, BUT THEY WERE 24 INSTEAD OF 12, AND THAT WAS OK.
