Where can I find out how much water these contain? If I bought similar products as singles, could I find out if each had over 1/2 cup of water, the equivalent of over 4oz?

I love this food the most out of any canned good I've ever tried. The chicken breast in this can is good for chicken sandwiches, even though I usually do not like canned goods. A good texture and taste can be found in this product. My usual purchase is two cans at a time but this time when the multiple can offer was available, it made it especially affordable. It is only about 30% water in their chicken breasts, which makes it worth the price. This is a purchase you can't go wrong with.

The chicken has been increased by 25% to all white meat

Short of cooking a whole chicken and then using the leftovers to make salad, this is one of the best chicken salad recipes. However, if you only wish to eat white meat, then this is the option for you. At a price I have never seen in a larger store, you can get four (4) cans for a very low price.
