The jar is completely full. I didn't keep track of how many there were, but they're a lot! It's sour and works well as a garnish for cocktails.
I've never made a pie with them, but they're delicious.

This is the product for you if you prefer a smaller dark cherry to the traditional maraschino. Because the cherries are surrounded by a thick, sweet, and flavorful syrup, you may not need simple syrup in your favorite cocktail. "Old-fashioned" is my favorite. These cherries add a nice touch to the "Old Fashioneds. ".
These sour cherries in syrup are significantly inferior to competing brands of Italian sour cherries. Luxardo, Fabbri, and Toschi are, in my opinion, roughly interchangeable, but these aren't: sugary syrup that is thin and powdered. The cherries themselves are sharp, with a tartness added artificially. There's a cocktail cherry at 50% every turn. They aren't worth the lower price, but they are a million times better than neon red maraschino cherries.
Baking Italian St. Joseph Zeppole for family and friends has always been a dream of mine, but I've never been brave enough to try. I jumped to it when I realized I could bake them instead of frying them, but I couldn't find the Amarena Cherries. Nobody had it, so I went to my backup Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and flavor of this product, which I highly recommend.
These cherries have a lot of flavor. They're my go-to ingredient for the best Old Fashioneds. Bourbon Angels Envy No. 1 5 oz. local maple syrup, 2 dashes bitters, and one REX Amarena cherry poured over ice Swirl and take pleasure in the experience. br> This is fantastic!.
They don't compare to some of the more expensive brands I've tried. "Natural flavors" is listed among the ingredients. " If I had looked closer when I bought these, I would have probably passed them up. They have a slight cough syrup flavor to them. Definitely superior to store-bought maraschino cherries, but not quite up to my expectations.
They're fantastic! It's the first time I've had them by myself. They're great on top of ice cream, but I've heard they're also great in cocktails. br>br>Have fun with it!.
Definitely a step up from Filthy Foods. However, they are more expensive; however, I am very impressed with these and the thick, delicious syrup that they come in. I'm going to buy more.
I usually pour it out and replace it with Luxardo, a maraschino liqueur. It's a cocktail cherry that's both elegant and adult.
