The butter beans you receive from these organic farms are simply divine. Despite its subtlety and purity, the flavor is very pleasing. As with some similar products, the texture is perfect, and they are not mushy. amount of salt in the recipe is low as well, which is nice. You can always add more seasoning if you like. Sadly, these beans are imported from Italy, so they are a little more expensive than the similar products made in the US, but they are still With these, I made a warm bean salad by mixing them with sautéed red onion, cherry tomatoes, Feta cheese, and fresh basil. It was delicious. It would also be nice to blend the beans into a dip or soup. I find these canned beans to be simple and of good quality.

This is a really nice variety of Exactly the right amount of firmness when it comes out of the can, plus it is very light and clean. You can pair them with pretty much anything because they are mild enough to not foul up the flavors. Additionally, they are a beautiful white/tan color that provides a really nice backdrop for the other components of your salad, stew, or soup. Beans with a smaller size and virtually no salt

The butter beans in these cans are smaller than the butter beans in standard cans. A cannellini bean's size would be appropriate for these of the skin is a pale tan, as one would expect. Juice is clear, but it has a syrupy consistency It's similar to the thickness of a brick. In the past, I have always rinsed off that stuff before using it. Despite its bland taste, the food is tasty. The other difference from canned beans is that this one is extremely low in salt. The taste is remarkably non-salted. This is also good since you can season it to taste. This is the best rating I can give.
