According to the package, there are 2 grams of sugar in each serving. In addition, 3 grams of sugar are contained in 1 cup of prepared chili. I hope this has been of assistance.
For me, the case costs about $15, then another $15 to ship, and Amazon fees are about $10, so I would make about $10 on the deal, so it is a reasonable price for the service when all costs are considered, plus an extra one is thrown in, and the time it takes for packaging, shopping, the cost of tape and boxes all add up, and there is a lot of shoplifting on line where people say they got them damaged or say they are missing some, which adds to the costs a little.

This is my absolute favorite chili, and the mild variety is particularly difficult to come by. My most recent subscription-and-save purchase was It's a winner for that price. br>Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, the price on Amazon fluctuates. It will be $4 in January 2021. $5/can! It should be rated 0 stars at that price. br>I would buy today if the price was reasonable, but not at this price, so I'm leaving 4-stars. For the time being, I'll give it a star, but if the price stays this high, I'll give it a two-star rating - At this price, no one should buy it. br>The product itself is still highly recommended; however, at this price, no one should buy it. DO NOT PURCHASE.
For years, I've used this product to make a chili that my husband adores, and it's incredibly easy to prepare! All of our guests complimented the chili I served and asked for my "recipe" after I made it for a party. I used to be able to get it easily at my local supermarket. It isn't available anymore! What a letdown! I was overjoyed and delighted to discover it on Amazon, where I promptly purchased a case! I'm afraid it's no longer being produced by the Bush company. If you can locate this item, I strongly advise you to purchase it. It's easy to make because all you need is hamburger, canned tomatoes, and diced onion (if desired). After that, let it cook slowly. It's fantastic!.
Because Amazon Fresh was unavailable, I decided to purchase this flat. It was a good deal, but I wasn't expecting most of the cans to be dented when they arrived. It's important to note that these were not minor dents. Is it even possible to use these cans in a safe manner? USDA data shows. Is it safe to eat food from a can that has been dented? br>br>Is it safe to eat food from a can that has been dented? br>If a food can has a small dent but otherwise appears to be in good condition, the contents should be safe to eat. Cans with deep dents should be discarded. A deep dent is one that can be felt with your finger. Sharp points are frequently found in deep dents. A sharp dent on the top or side seam can cause the seam to break down, allowing bacteria to enter the can. Any can with a deep dent in one of the seams should be thrown away.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chili. When I got home, I discovered it was made with this chili starter, which I couldn't find in my state. I was in a bad mood. (However, my frown was turned on its head: I discovered it on Amazon and decided to buy it. I've told a few people about it, and I'm starting to think of myself as a Chili Magic dealer, despite the fact that I'm not a fan of chili. I've been asked to order more for my computer family members. This stuff is fantastic for a quick, easy, and delicious meal!.
I really like this brand, so I decided to take a chance after reading the reviews. When 7 of the 12 cans in the package were severely dented, I was furious. Three of the cans were so badly dented that they couldn't be opened with either a hand or an electric can opener. I had hoped to order online for convenience, but it didn't work out. There are no returns, so I don't expect anything to happen because you take a chance when ordering.
I was disappointed with this product because I needed to feed about 60 people for a church event and assumed that having the flavor built in would make it tasty. However, when the batches were mixed together, the flavor was inconsistent. I assumed that based on the reviews, I wouldn't have to worry about the flavor, but it was bland and underwhelming. To give it a kick, I had to add a lot of seasoning. I understand that mild means it isn't too hot, but that doesn't excuse it from being flavorless. If I had to do it all over again, I would buy regular canned beans and flavor them with fresh ingredients instead of canned beans.
We used to be able to get these at the store, but they are no longer available. I used to order from Bush Direct, but Amazon now has them for a lower price with faster shipping. The spices, beans, and other ingredients are excellent. When we make this up for our visiting relatives, they are ecstatic. The only issue we have is that we tried the Texas-style Chili Magic and love it just as much; it's just a little hotter and spicier, but it tastes just as good.
I'm sure the product would have tasted great if it had come from Bush's, but the case of cans was so dented and damaged when it arrived that it was unsafe to consume due to the risk of bacteria from the cans' bad seals. The packaging on the outside was in excellent condition.
