I got this jerky for my boyfriend, a severe carnivore, and he loved it. It was soft, not spicy, and he said it was delicious. I don't find it to be extremely sweet or spicy, but rather somewhere in between. As well as being soft, I find it to be good.

Originally I was skeptical about ordering this, but I thought I would give it a shot. There are other vegetarian jerky alternatives, which are largely seitan-based, but I didn't find them particularly This product has been a great success for me, It is just perfect to capture the flavor of jerky with the combination of spices. It is also well done in terms of the texture. I am optimistic of the possibility of recreating this myself, to enable me to try other flavors. Since this jerky is made from Butler Soy Curl (also a great product), I will have the option of experimenting with While there is a downside to the price, it is in line with that of decent meat jerky, so it is also a good buy. While there are few products intended to mislead consumers as to what meat is like that I would endorse, harvest jerky gets two enthusiastic thumbs up from me.
The taste seems to be good to me. Since I was a bit surprised when I received the box, I had a mental block about eating it. When I opened the box, the packaging didn't match the advertisement. Although the ad made it seem as if the beef jerky would look like pure quality, the packaging in real life is totally different from the ad. Those are pictures of the jerky that look like cat turds with coloring that looks like diarrhea and bright, Christmas-colored text that reiterates that Sam should stick to making jerky and hire someone else to deal with anything that requires artistic talent, too. When I opened the bag and looked inside, all that ran through my mind was "cat turds. ". "Now with every bite I feel like I'm biting into a fat cat turd and anytime I get a shiny sheen of oil on the top of my mouth resulting from the jerky, I think, "pow. ". ". In my mouth, there are many traces of cat feces There is turd oil in the ground. However, I give it five stars because if the packaging had been changed it would be much easier. It would be best if the packaging was changed. Likewise, please do not make the jerky shape like cat turds. Furthermore, do not leave the oil sheen on the jerky. The taste is good, and I want to continue eating/buying these, but without being slightly grossed out the whole.
As you can see, it's hands-on There's no comparison to the best vegetarian jerky I've ever tasted. In my opinion, the flavor is exceptional and tastes better than any beef jerky I've ever had, and the texture is fantastic too, though sometimes a little tough. Single packages are quite expensive, since each one is about ten bucks, but when you buy the pack of four they come out to about five bucks each, which is still rather expensive, but well worth it considering how high the quality is. I only have a complaint about the size of the bags since I ate through one in less than two hours, but I just couldn't stop eating it since it was so good.
I'm beginning to experiment with alternative vegan products in an attempt to reconcile my love for animals with my carnivore's taste. Compared to meat jerky, this one is nice and chewy, but I don't like the powdery stuff that is used to flavor it (I don't like flavored chips for the same reason). A substitute such as this might be a viable choice if they were to integrate the flavor rather than coating it on the outside. Despite this, I didn't imagine that an animal was screaming every time I chomped on it (something that has recently gone against my enjoyment of non-gustatory food You can also have vegetarian I would appreciate it if, before I die, you could make me vegan or at least vegetarian, and also please assist me in finding some delicious foods to eat before I die. In terms of both taste and texture, meat is very challenging to replicate. You would never be able to mistake Sam's Harvest Jerky for its real counterpart in a blind taste test. Nonetheless, jerky is definitely one of the best options when you crave it, but, at the same time, you want to respect animal life. It would make a great snack to take on a hike or to take with you when traveling. As far as I am concerned, it is not my priority Normally, I snack at home, but I am also happy to bring along perishable snacks, easily bruised snacks, and heavy snacks when it is not feasible to carry them.
I absolutely love this product. Those curls are made from soy and have a delightful flavor integrated into them. Unlike real jerky, this is not a meat product. To my mind it's a better alternative to real jerky. It has a chewy texture and I like its chewiness. Other reviewers described this as all crumbs, but I get this stuff all the time and it is all full, long pieces and a perfect size to eat. Definitely does not require the use of a spoon. One reviewer said it made their stomach hurt and many others said it was way too spicy. It has never caused me digestive problems even though I have a very sensitive stomach. I can tell that it has a nice spicy flavor, but it is absolutely not overpowering. Mildly spicy is how I would describe it. My backpack is always full of this snack along with dried fruit, nuts, and energy shots when I'm hiking. As well as satisfying my hunger, I feel like it provides some good, nourishing My favorite part of this is the music. I highly recommend this book!.
The best jerky I've ever had! The flavor of Like Stonewall's jerky I used to buy back in my youth, this stuff has a wonderful texture and reminiscences of my past. Stonewall was greased up just like Stonewall, except without the grease. Therefore, it is a much better implementation! I like the texture and flavor of it (although I am a giant spicy heat wimp, so it might be a bit less hot for me -
While not too spicy it is not too hot either). However, the big problem is when I ordered a case in the mail it arrived and . . . This is a substance that barely lasts any time due to its addiction. It is also an excellent gift. They were both given away by me I was pleasantly surprised at how much they loved The only recommendation I can make is to buy it! It would be nice if they made a teriyaki flavor as well, as that was one of my favorites.
The question of whether to give this 4 or 5 stars was a tough one for me, but I decided to give it That's great, I really enjoyed it. Despite its spicy nature, it is not as hot as I expected. It is just right when it comes to heat. As jerky goes, this can satisfy my craving because it is close to 'real' jerky. While you can tell the difference, the product is still great. This is a very flavorful and enticing treat, despite the smell that might remind people of Beg'n Strips, or perhaps some similar moist dog treats. It has to be the best vegetarian jerky I've ever had. I've tried probably 4 or 5 different types. It would be recommended.
