It's been a mission of mine to find some of the best vegan jerky available, and this brand is definitely up there, at the top of the list. With bite sized pieces, a short grained texture, and peppered with roughly ground peppercorns, the Spicy is full of flavor. I give this one a point for its meatiness Soyami has won top ratings in my family for the most convincing texture out of the three flavors we tried. There are three flavors I like best, but I favour Hot Spicy, which I like best due to its big chunks and spicy taste Generally regarded as a snack on its own, this can also be a great addition to rice or porridge bowls and makes an outstanding topping. The texture is mild and can be easily handled by hand. The heat is not very strong, so you would have to eat half the bag before feeling the Original was the favorite flavor of the kids. This is the toughest of the three to chew, but the most enjoyable in flavor. There are large, slightly sticky chunks that are tough to chew.

This is a 5 star rating. Okay, the texture is great and the flavor isn't quite as strong as I had hoped for, but it's still decent. I like how it tastes quite dry, like jerky should, but it is also tough to tear off a piece to chew because it is about 1/4" thick. These are the jerky you should eat if you like to wrestle with your food. The rest of it is great, though.

I find this brand of vegan jerky to be my favorite- This isn't dry at all. It's stringy, easy to tear apart, chewy, but definitely not dry. There is usually licorice in these sorts of things, and I don't like it, but the extra spicy does not contain it There is a lot of flavor and texture in the extra spicy. The heat is more sweet, and not as spicy as you might expect. Three bags of the extra spicy were delivered and all were large pieces, no small crumbs were found.

There are only a few things that come close to the real thing vegan soyami! Though I am not vegan, I have been trying to include more plant-based foods in my diet Nutritional diet based on animal products. We like the flavor profile of the jerky, a nice blend of savory with a hint of sweetness, little spice, and a good chew. This product has been a real blessing to me!.

I don't mind that much though, because it's so good I don't really mind how little shelf life it has. There is absolutely no way this bag will last through the whole week lol I will definitely be buying another one.

It always is so As far as jerky goes, I tried it and must say it is delicious. Originals are to die for, especially when it comes to texture and flavor. This jerky is just a little bit spicy, but not too much, and it's easy on the tongue and satiates that smoky teriyaki flavor. I am not a vegan, but I enjoy the taste and texture of this jerky thanks to its healthier ingredients!.

Having been vegetarian for 26 years, I am committed to the cause. I purchased this vegan jerky for the first time. The flavour of these cookies is excellent, and I was pleased with them. 5 packs of spicy packs are already on their way to me.
