Wrapping the steaks individually prevents them from drying out. Bison burgers are packed in two boxes that each contain three i bought this for my son as a gift. The product has been well received by him.

All orders are carefully packed in an insulated Styrofoam box utilizing a thermal bag and reusable ice packs that will maintain your items for up to 48 hours. Orders are shipped frozen to you via UPS Two Day service Monday through Friday. Today Thursday, Should there be a delay in your order or cancellation, you will be notified. In general, orders placed on Thursday will arrive on Saturday, while orders received Friday through Sunday will arrive on Monday. Please note that all orders placed after 1159pm will be processed on Tuesday. The order will be shipped on the next business day if it is received before 00 AM CST. I would like you to be aware of the following As long as the meat and gel packs are still cool to the touch, the frozen items may begin to thaw during transit. If the meat and gel packs are still cold to the touch, they should be safe to consume or refreeze to use.

Assumed it to be free range because it was 100% organic. I've seen a lot of grissle on all of the steaks so far. Bison is not the most delicious meat we have ever eaten. Our opinion of the quality is that they charge a great deal.
We were pleased with the way the steaks were packaged and that they were still semi frozen. I defrosted the Ribeyes overnight and that was what we used to cook them to medium rare. There were no flaws in the flavor, but there were several flaws in the texture. There were half of the steaks so chewy that they were nearly impossible to swell, definitely not what we're I experienced the same problem with both steaks. A very unpleasant and disappointing experience. All in all, I will now buy bison steaks from Whole Foods.
This product was ordered on a whim when the refrigerator was low on meat due to the Coronavirus outbreak. This product is well packaged to avoid damage during shipping. You can see everything that was promised when you open it up. This packaging is not included in the meat display near the butcherblock, but what you would see on the meat display in general. According to my expectation, this is what we should expect. Even so, it is a good product The quality was on par with what I expected for what I was charged.

As a result of not packing enough dry ice, the meat we purchased arrived thawed in our package. It was home delivery day for me (much like many of us) and I met the delivery guy at my door (I have a Ring doorbell). None of the meat was still frozen or partly frozen when I opened the box. Despite the packing material used to keep the meat frozen, it was completely thawed and now it worries me to consume any of it. Upon ordering, you get a disclosure notice that says they are not responsible for any spoiled or thawed meat. I call BS on that one. There have been several companies that have had disorganized packing methods in the past, but this is the only one that has done this. Better options are available for a better price, and they are also safer.
You won't be disappointed with the hamburgers. Cook them on grilled cast iron so that they don't break. After I finish the steak, I will continue on.
