I mostly couldn't eat the second one because it was tough and tough. Only 1/4 of it was eaten by us the rest was given to the Good flavor and good texture The perfect amount of fat should be left after trimming, just enough to create the perfect grill mark. Having enough steak left over for steak strips with eggs and toast in the morning is what we eat in our house with each steak. Traditionally, home fries are served with meat. With respect to the second order, I have revised my opinion. Trying is not worth it, it is very difficult.
The price is a bit steep, but if you want to try something different, this might be up your alley. When I tried it my first inclination was to be skeptical, but I believed it would be worth a shot. The decision I made was a good one. The food was good, surprised me by how tender it was, and it was packaged and shipped well. The product is excellent. I will buy more. Elk might be a good next choice.
The wife gave me this steak for my birthday as a gift. They are wonderful. The first side takes 15 minutes and the second takes 10 minutes. Juicy and full of flavor medium rare. It would be hard not to go on but I'll leave it at that. Incredible!.
Almost everybody in the family enjoyed these steaks this weekend - especially the husband and hunting buddies - He said they were the best he had.
This bison steak is amazing! The only way to go is extra thick. A grill at the right temperature is much easier to control, meaning less chance of overcooking.
