The meat is good and lean and I would enjoy buying it at any time

I like the taste and the way it cooks. For meat sauces, the meat chops up really fine. It would be nice to be able to buy these at a Besides, I can't even buy them here all year round. There's a seasonal harvest, so get.

I use this product in meatloaf, burgers, and spaghetti. I don't know of anything to complain about in it. Our next step was to buy During the middle of June, it can be very hot. Bison, which was still frozen when it arrived, was still solid when it was unloaded.

Ground bison meat I refrigerated thawed for a long time has turned BROWN before I opened the package

Before opening the package, the meat turns brown after it has thawed overnight in the refrigerator. There has been a third instance of this. the packages do not have a date of expiration. Several of us are apprehensive about eating I would appreciate it if you could advise.

Beautiful bison, I'd love to have it as a pet. Make chili with bison and you'll be surprised at how delicious it is. There's no fat in this meat, and it's very flavorful.
