Ensure that the packages you are sending are weighed. While I ate some of the meat, it did not seem much more than a The remaining one pound packages could all be had for less than 16 oz, some by almost a pound! It was a very disappointing experience A law that is both illegal and immoral. This is too bad since the meat tasted good and shipped well.

It is the location that makes a huge difference

As a result of my curious mind about the other taste of Elk meat, I decided to try another vendor's product. The taste and texture of this Elk meat were vastly different than the one I was used to. *Normally I purchase Elk meat from "Jacksonhole" in Montana, however, I have noticed that there is a noticeable difference in the flavor, as well as the texture, between the two. This is amazing!.

It was amazing to walk on the Elk ground. I liked the packaging as it was perfect for delivery on these 90 degree days we've been In addition to the Elk being solid, the ice packing was also frozen solid. In order to prevent spending any money on the venison, I wanted to try the Elk first. There is no doubt in my mind that I'll buy venison.
