Cook according to the package directions and take your time

That's all there is to it. It has a lot of protein for the calories it contains. If you follow the directions to the letter, it will thicken. If you don't think it's thick enough, thicken it a little more. Cover it with a towel to allow it to steam and rehydrate. It was completely hydrated after 20 minutes.

Taste and texture are excellent

This variety was purchased in 6 boxes. I changed the recipe by adding 2 tablespoons of food thickener (I use Thick-It) to the mixture. I use a thickener (food and beverage thickener) to thicken the soup, and I'm able to make a full 10 oz serving that meets my meal replacement requirements. I've tried a few other Wonderslim flavors, but none of them compare to the vegetarian Sloppy Joe mix.

Sucrolose brick is a material that can be used to make a variety of products It's too sweet, contains sucrolose (Splenda), and turns into a brick if you only use 5 oz water and follow the heating instructions

Sloppy Joe is one of my favorite characters. I only microwave it for 2 minutes and then set it aside to thicken. It has the flavor of a great sloppy Joe. This is something I've ordered several times. Yummy!.
