As far as the taste and texture of the fish were concerned, I found the fillets to be just right, battered just right. We prepared the fish easily and did not lose the batter during the cooking It was obvious that they had been freshly frozen when they arrived. There were no fishy smells at all. My girlfriend who is not fond of handling or preparing fish was impressed by this product when I introduced it to her. Her husband, who enjoys fish prepared in a variety of ways, asked her to get this fish and prepare it for him. My opinion is that this is a healthy fish that is very delicious and easy to prepare. Two orders have been placed and I will place another order as soon as I have more time.
The item you ordered is listed here. This is a fantastic product! The only reason I found them was because a previous company had ceased to exist. When the price is considered, it is clear they are offering a better product.
The method of preparation was exactly the same as what we found in Ediburagh, UK.
I can honestly say these haddock filets are by far the best I have ever eaten. The next time I buy, I'll buy again.
