Lobster tails are stunning, and I can't wait to try them. THEY WERE AMAZING. br>br>UPDATEbr>THEY WERE AMAZING. I BROILED THEM FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES IN THE OVEN. BETTER THAN "ANY" LOBSTER I'VE HAD IN UPPER-CATERING RESTAURANT.

Very well done! The flavor is excellent. br>It arrived the next day, packed in dry ice. But they were too expensive; I paid $100 for four. At my local seafood restaurant, I can get a complete (delicious) dinner with two tails for $25, which includes eight tails and eight side dishes. Next time, I'll order takeout and skip the tails! It would make a nice present for someone, but it isn't worth the money.

My concerns turned out to be unfounded. My lobster tails were tender and delicious because I followed the cooking instructions to a tee. For the first time, I clarified my own butter; what a combination! These lobster tails will be ordered again by me. and once more!.
