Questions & Answers
I own a number of Cento products. There is no indication that the Red Clam Sauce is from Italy on the label. The Cento White Clam Sauce and Cento Crushed Tomatoes are the same way. Cento also sells Caponata, also known as Eggplant Appetizer, which is marked with an Italian flag on the front that reads: Italy is the source of this item.

It's not bad, but I'm only able to eat it a couple of times a year. Because I can only cook simple things and haven't figured out how to make a red clam sauce from scratch (yet), this is the closest I've come. The flavor and taste are average, which is to say, not bad, but I'd prefer more tomato flavor, and this sauce appears to have a lot of Italian seasoning. I also throw in a can of clams to give it a clammy flavor. a strong flavor.
I like this sauce and am glad Amazon sells it, but I don't like it when my order arrives with two or three dented cans. I try to avoid eating food from cans that have been dented.
So I went online and found Cento, which is a well-known brand with a great taste. I was taken aback by the smaller can size, which I should have double-checked before purchasing.
With a salad and some bread, you've got yourself a meal!.
Red clam sauce is quite tasty. 15 minutes before serving, add to your spaghetti sauce.
Diluted ketchup, with a few stale clam pieces sprinkled on top. That is the flavor of this.
