Hello, and thank you for taking the time to contact me. We don't have a lot of experience with microwaving lobsters, but I've heard of people doing it. According to a quick Google search, this appears to be the way to go: To microwave the lobster, place it in a heavy-duty microwave-safe plastic bag with 1 tablespoon of water. Close the bag and secure it. Microwave for 6 minutes for the first pound and an additional 1 minute for every 1/4 pound after that. I hope you found it useful.
They arrive with gel ice packs and are shipped overnight. And if you put them in the fridge, they'll last a couple of days. However, I recommend that you consume them on the same day that you receive them.
The order is usually shipped the next business day after we receive it. The 29th is the last day for us to ship. You'd think they'd put a delivery date on it, but they don't. Thank you, Allen.

Because we are displaced New Englanders in the Midwest, we only have lobsters once a year. But, after two weeks of being isolated in the woods to avoid the pandemic, we felt we needed a boost. We have a lot of experience and have usually ordered directly from various lobster shippers in Maine, figuring that they would be more likely to have fresh product and return more of the profits to the lobster fishermen. I've been out trapping a few times, and I can tell you that those people put in a lot of effort. pay that is insufficient However, we've had issues with dead lobsters and soft shelled lobsters with watery flesh on a couple of occasions. And ordering directly from Amazon saves you money - When you consider that most lobster restaurants charge $100 or more for shipping, this is by far the most cost-effective option. The beauties arrived alive and well on time, and they were some of the best lobster I've ever had outside of Maine (I used to get lobster in Long Island Sound when I was a teenager, but the water is now too warm, and you have to go to Maine to get good lobster now). They were delivered directly from Maine and provided a significant boost to our performance. This book comes highly recommended.
Arrived ahead of schedule. All of the lobsters were alive and well, as well as delicious! The only concern I have is that the package was left at my front gate, and if I hadn't noticed that they had been shipped the day before and would be delivered that day, they could have sat there all night. I live in Texas, where the weather is extremely hot this time of year, so I was concerned, but they were shipped in a styrofoam cooler with a piece of damp cardboard, two small strips of kelp, and one 9" long ice pack that was cold when it arrived. Overall, I'm very happy with this impulse buy!.
They were all alive and well, and I still had a lot of dry ice on arrival because they were shipped as promised. br>I cooked them according to the instructions, and they came out perfectly tender and juicy. br>At today's lobster prices, these are a great deal, and I'll be ordering more.
Lobster gift that is both fresh and generous in size. My parents were overjoyed to receive such a thoughtful gift, as they had been missing their traditional Maine lobster. Arrived in excellent condition, with seaweed included (a nice touch!). ) and it turned out beautifully. My parents couldn't have been happier. It was exactly as I had hoped!.
m. the following day. I received updates stating that they would not be shipped until 4 p. m. , and then that they would not arrive until 10 p. m. The following day, I will be 30. After that, I received an update saying that it might arrive before the 22nd. Normally, this would not be an issue, but I've lobsters, which their website instructs you to cook as soon as you receive them, not after they've been sitting in a bag in the back of a truck for up to a week. I understand the issues with this year and will give them another chance down the road. I received two that were on their last legs, but the other two were fine.
I was born and raised in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and I sent four live Maine lobsters to my brother in California for New Year's 2022. When he received the package, he was pleasantly surprised. He said it was the best gift he'd ever received, that everything was well-packaged, and that the lobsters were all alive and well! I had never shipped lobsters before and was a little hesitant at first, but I wanted to surprise him with a gift from the east coast, so I looked into a few other retailers, but this company had the best bang for your buck for the lobsters and also offered free shipping. I'll definitely do it again, and I'll tell my friends and family about it!.

They were in good health when they arrived. Once cooked, they tasted great. I'm not sure where else you could get a better lobster for the price ($29). I'd recommend these to anyone, and I'll be ordering them again soon!.
