Lobster tails are sold in two-packs. You'll get 5 packs of lobster tails in total, for a total of 10 lobster tails.

What should I do with lobster tails if I don't know how to cook them?

I'm not a chef, but there are two simple methods that I've found to be effective: Steaming the tail, which makes the meat more tender, or boiling the tail until it is firm and the shell has changed color - It takes about 5 minutes per 4 oz tail to do this - I, on the other hand, put on a larger show of it all. After buttering and salting the lobster meat, I remove it from the shell and place it back in it loosely. The tails will bake for 7 to 8 minutes in a 350 degree oven. After 10 minutes, check to see if the meat has reached a temperature of 130-140 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is 140 degrees Fahrenheit. When done this way, the meat comes out a little firmer and whiter, but it's easier to serve and less messy fussing with the shell at the table - You should be able to find more professional information on the subject by searching Google - By itself, lobster is a low-fat food.

The lobsters in this picture are not from Maine. They could be African, but that's just a guess on my part; they're dry and tasteless no matter where they're from.

The item was shipped from Miami Beach, Florida. Did they swim down something to get there? This company could care less about shipping 3 day ground in August during a heat wave, with ice, not dry ice, frozen water.

Company of High Quality Remove the tails from the shell and cook for 6 minutes in salted boiling water

The tails are 5 inches long. 6 oz- However, they appear to be much larger- 8 oz. is my guess. br>br>Taste, flavor, and consistency are all excellent. I'll definitely reorder once these are gone. Stop thinking and start buying if you're thinking about these tails; you'll be glad you did.

The space is far too limited

They weren't even five years old. They were only 6 oz each and barely made it to the 4 - Each serving is 4/12 oz. The flavor wasn't great either, and I wouldn't recommend these to anyone because the cost per pound is $64. With shipping, the price per pound is $0. 00.
