Thank you so much for transporting me back to France years ago, when we had boutargue sliced super thin as an appetizer on a Friday evening. It tasted exactly like caviar to us. br>Thank you for bringing it to the United States; my mother passed away recently, and it provides me with great comfort; it's my Madeleine de Proust. br>I highly recommend it. br>Wow, you did an amazing job!.

Yes, I've said it before.
This is, without a doubt, my personal favorite. Smooth and mild, it's ideal for slicing and using in a baguette sandwich. It's fresh and simple to open because it's sealed in wax. The outer vacuum-sealed plastic ensures that the items you receive are of high quality. It's something I've purchased several times and would strongly recommend. This is for you if you've tried Norwegian bottarga (it's some of the best).
On matza, it was delicious. Salty to the extreme. A 2 inch square of matza flavor is covered by a thin slice. It's fantastic to try something new during Passover.
