I'm from Spain, and while chorizo isn't cheap, it's the best way to get a taste of good chorizo at a reasonable price; there are far too many fake chorizos on the market to risk making a bad purchase. If you want it to cure, let it sit for a few weeks. There's no need to keep it in the fridge; just keep it dry and dark.
The expiration date is a few weeks away. Dried up. Taste 65% gone is gone is gone is%.
While the spicy chorizo isn't as popular in Spain as the sweet version, it's still delicious. It's wonderful to have it available in the United States.
The high quality and flavor were a welcome addition to my cooking arsenal. I'll keep buying them, especially since my family raved about how good they tasted!.

This product did not smell or taste good, which was a problem for me. I filed a formal complaint; The seller has not responded at all, and Amazon has given him an A- rating. This product was also not covered by the Z guarantee.
