What is the grade of the lamb? USDA graded lamb is most definitely the best! I am absolutely ignorant of what the person below me is doing

Lamb is not graded by the USDA most of the time. However, a very small percentage of lamb that is sold in the U. S. is USDA Prime. It is rare, but it's true. The USDA Prime lamb products that I sell go to white tablecloth restaurants like this (not to retail stores).

It never occurred to me that lamb was rated by the USDA. It had a poor grade, much less a Prime grade. Advertising this way is misleading, in my opinion. As a result of this, I did not purchase the item. I don't think this is a valid grading for Lambs.
