Thank you. As far as I know, it isn't.
The shank is the part of the lower leg above the joint of the foot. There is no better lamb in the United States than what Superior has to offer. Lamb from New Zealand or Australia is inferior to Lamb from the United States.
The food at the restaurant is of a high quality. A lot of discounts are available as well

It was seasoning that we used on the During the frying process, both sides of the chicken were seared. Towards the end, we braised them in the oven for about three hours with herbs, onions, carrots, and broth. They turned out to be so delicious and tender. The clams were eaten with chowder, so we were filled up after eating. If you plan to add other ingredients to your meal with it, then you should get this product. It will be my first choice in the future. I enjoyed it very much.
When I was trying to make Caldo de Res (Mexican beef soup), I lost track of the beef shank (this review was written during the Covid quarantine), so I used this beef along with some beef chuck instead. I was very pleased with the soup. Having purchased more since, I have stocked the freezer with more food.
We've always received it frozen so we like that! I have made Thai curry lamb shank on a few occasions. It's possible to get better lamb shanks than this in a restaurant.
I love how tasty it is. Slowly cooking them with carrots, onions, and potatoes, served with mint jelly, is my method.
A bit disappointing that not much meat was left on the bone after tasting.
In a nutshell, This was a great deal, and it was tasty as well. As I saw the good reviews, I was happy to give it a try, even though I had no expectations because of the price. A portion of the food is enough to feed two of us, served with some veggies and side dishes.
