I liked this spicy food but didn't think it was the best.
There is no easy way to buy Merguez in the U. S. The price is quite high for these, but they are excellent. Despite its speedy delivery and good packaging, the product was very fresh and very Usually I am used to the quality of products in North Africa and France, so I was a bit sceptical. Truthfully, I can say that this matches the quality of that kind of work. In addition to lamb and beef, however, there is some beef in the sausages. I had the impression that I was ordering all lamb when I ordered. There is no such thing. However, it is an excellent work.
As a Frenchman, I ate merguez all my life until I moved to the US, and by the time I purchased those, I was exasperated. It is plain and simple that those sausages aren't that In addition to being bland, the meat is gamy, they have very little heat (you should get anywhere from just a hint of heat to a lot of heat), and they are slightly spicy. There is no fat or lean meat in this meat, but a ton of water is released.
Burgers after hot dogs, hot dogs after hot dogs, maybe a Polish sausage once in a while. It is a delightful change from the typical grill fare to enjoy these sausages. With a hint of heat, this is a wonderful seasoned dish. It is a favorite among the whole family. In addition to grilling, we have started using these for other dishes. Served with dirty rice or roasted potatoes, you can even cut them up and use them this way.

Merguez was one of the things I enjoyed most about my trip to France, and I appreciated the difference between it and Italian sausage back home. My experience with it has been positive and I was pleased that I was able to order it online As it is something I cannot travel back with, I had to leave it in the home!.
The timing of the delivery was not exactly what I had wanted, but they met my needs.
