Selected User Reviews For Rougie Foie Gras, 3.17 oz
In the past, I have purchased Rougie products and have been satisfied with them. The can of Foie Gras I received was not edible. Having soured and liquefied, it was no longer edible Everything in my house smelled of it and it was unusable. This was an extremely wasteful use of funds.
The beef Wellington we served for Christmas Eve dinner was a large hit with all of us. That took it to an entirely new level in terms As a bonus, it arrived a day earlier than estimated!.
It was not worth the money this was more of a "consumer" purchase I had a canard mousse and nbsp It's better to have a "space" than an "infinite" In French, foie gras is foie gras There's no taste to it, and it's bad in consistency.
I just don't think the price is worth it.
Usually I order this item and enjoy it, but the last time it came with 3/4 of fat and 1/4 of fois gras. The price I paid was basically for a very small portion of fois gras and some fat in a can.
I think the ratio of fat to calories and the size of the cans for the price was excessive. However, I am happy with Amazon.
It was delicious but very expensive, and it did not come from France, but Canada. Why are these products so much more expensive than French.
The Rougie brand is often regarded as a quality label, but this product doesn't stand up to that. Flavorless is the best way to describe it.
