I'm not sure what grade it was, but I completely melted one and there were no visible veins. Aside from that, none of the ones I had had any veins. I always keep some of the food I get frozen and discard the labels. Is that of any assistance?

Individually vacuum sealed for freshness, these perfectly cut little pieces are to die for.
I even saved the fat to use as a coating for air-fried fresh cut fries. They tasted great. Thank you so much. Woody P. You cut them up and vacuum-packed them the same way I did when I ordered a whole one. They, too, lasted quite a while. It was a long, long time ago, as I previously stated.

It arrived frozen and packaged the following week. br>br>Each 2oz piece was vacuum sealed separately before being placed in a heavy-duty Ziploc bag with the other 16 pieces. br>br>Each piece was uniform in thickness and veins were minimal. The flavor is fantastic. br>br> Seasoned with salt and pepper and seared for 1 minute on each side over high heat, it tastes just like it did in a restaurant. Perhaps a step forward. But, if at all possible, please go outside, dear. There was a lot of smoke.
