Over Memorial Day weekend, we served a 50 kilo treat to the family. With a thinly sliced fresh baguette, this is a great combination. - I was very happy with the quality of the packaging of this product - I don't think I could have asked for better. It arrived 2 days earlier than planned and was iced The price tag might seem high, but it truly goes a long way, and I think you can freeze it for later if you want. The package was well packaged and the delivery was fast. I loved it so much. To serve it, I served brioche toast points with wild blueberry relish. Is it expensive? Yes, but it is worth every buck.
