There's a pate on the plate most likely made from The taste isn't like foie gras at all. Pate is the best way to describe how it tastes. There should be a mention of this on the label. I did not think it was worth the cost.

I found the packaging to be poor

Upon arrival, the product was a bit warm, and the vendor provided a very limited amount of support. It would have been wise for me to read these comments before I bought. This is not the first time that this has happened to me.

Advertising must state that the product is perishable

The product should be marked as requiring refrigeration In order to handle the parcels properly and as soon as possible. The Amazon site and all the sellers on it should be noted. The last time I bought food items was 20 years ago.
