The product is packed in dry ice, and I left some of it outside overnight without a problem. I'm glad to hear another enthusiast takes pleasure in the same product as I do. The mousse is the best!

It is never a good idea to There's probably a consistency change in the product if it's frozen since it's a very delicate product. There is a very high probability that the thawed product would be very 'wet' and, as a result, would not taste as good.
