It is a pale liquid with a mushy Taste very lacking in comparison to the pasteta I grew up eating in Eastern Europe and craved so much. I don't think this is If you're looking for good flavor, and frankly, for good visual appeal too, then look elsewhere.

I tried this about a month ago and became addicted! Right out of the can or on bread or crackers, it's tasty and rich. The pate was amazing spread over warm toast - I now have it as a regular item in my pantry despite the fact that other varieties I give it a perfect score of 10! My disappointment over finding out that it isn't made with liver and tastes just like watery chicken goop was pretty similar to mine. I recommend it if you want to understand how cats eat, or if you'd like to see how you create food in the third world.

Pate with a lot of creaminess. Pate was something I had never tried before, so I wasn't sure how I would feel about it. My reason for trying it was that I read about it somewhere and was curious about it. We picked this up with some corn crispy bread and it made for a great snack every now and then.
