That's a given.

What percentage of alcohol does it have? What do you prefer, Armagnac or something else?

I don't think it does. Pepper is the most common seasoning salt is the least common.

I see that the state of California shut down the sale of this product starting in 2019. Isn't it cruel to force feed these ducks for this product?

I guess the ducks are hurting themselves if they are fed so much food, so why do they keep running to the farmer to have food.

There is a cheat involved. As the cans were labeled, we expected to find a block of energy, but instead found This is pretty shameful for a company with such a good reputation. Knowing the difference between Auch and Auld is second nature to me since I was born next door.

You should always check the Foie gras blocks are not made from raw foie gras, without any additions or processing, consequently the term "Bloc de Foie Gras" seems inaccurate

Essentially, it is a "Terrine" of duck foie gras, even though it is better than the average one, but if you are the one who is very discerning, you would look for a label that says "FOIE GRAS," nothing else. Because I have been living in France for many years, I have cooked dozens of whole foie gras whenever I have been An entire foie prepared with a variety of sauces I have never experienced anything like this.

In my opinion, Foie Gras should be on every menu. The holidays were the perfect time to order this. This was a wonderful experience for me. It's a bit on the pricey side, but it's worth the price. Your mouth melts when you eat it.
