Nothing on the packaging said it was grass finished and only 100% grass fed. It's been difficult for me to find beef that specifies whether or not it's been finished on grass. However, it was far superior to other grass-fed beef I've tried.
Although it isn't stated, it appeared to be 80/20 when I purchased it. By the way, it's fantastic! It's extremely flavorful!
It is approximately 85%, in my opinion. I've ordered this meat several times and it's consistently delicious and among the best I've ever had! The money spent was well spent.

Very tasty product; my husband and I tasted two grass-fed products in the same week, and this was by far the best; both were priced similarly, and this blew the other product out of the water!.
In the city, this is the best high-quality beef I can find. We've tried other butcher shops and even a local farm, but nothing compares to the quality of meat we get delivered by Amazon from Marconda. We now order all of our meat (turkey, beef, bacon, etc. ) from Marconda exclusively through Amazon; we've been doing so for about two years. It's healthier and tastes a million times better than anything else you'll find. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. ++++.
Meat is excellent. Evenly ground There should not be an excessive amount of fat. It was delicious.
