It's very tasty and finely ground. I've placed numerous orders for it. It comes highly recommended from me. Although I believe it has a better flavor than the leaner Dakota, I will order both because I enjoy them both so much. Peace

Beef that tastes great

While trying to eat healthier, I bought this on the spur of the moment at the grocery store, and it tasted so much better and felt like it had more substance (unique fibers/strands?). ) when compared to other types of beef. I experimented with a different organic grass-fed beef product. 1 pound of packaged food was given to the animal. In those ways, it wasn't as tasty as the beef. I purchased this on Amazon, and everything arrived in perfect condition and in a one-of-a-kind Hertz truck. I am extremely pleased. (In the meantime, I'm waiting for a completely different frozen product from an unaffiliated site, which has already been delivered incorrectly twice. ) In comparison to this Dakota product on Amazon, there is such a significant difference. ) I'm only going to eat this beef until further notice.

It's not coarse ground, which I prefer, and it's quite lean compared to store-bought ground chuck. I'm going to buy it again. Arrived in a nice insulated tote, frozen.
