The expiration date is not really set in stone. A yeast of this type has a high level of resilience. It has worked great for me after being harvested four times and stored in my fridge each time.

Kveik is what I was looking for! It was uncertain at first, since the yeast emerged after the cold pack warmed up

The performance of the yeast seemed not to be affected at all by this as it did not appear to matter at all. I have to say, "The good sort" the best. As I went to sleep, I pitched it with a traditional Norwegian yeast spell. A yeast party in my fermenter woke me up this morning. The final gravity of the beer reached 48 hours after fermentation began, but I left it to sit another 4 days before bottling for safety. It was ready to drink after 3 days, but a bit bland During the next two days, the flavor and body of the wine Honey and melon or grapefruit are present in the flavor, as well as a slight hint of honey. It's a bit cloudy, I don't know if that's normal, but it doesn't bother me at all. Harold and Lars, I raise my glass!.
